Neve update in “Customization” changed my Heading

The same happened to me. I reset the website to the former version.

Thank you for reporting the problem and I’m sorry to hear about it.

When you’re saying that you reset the website to the former version, do you mean that you rolled back Neve theme to the previous version?

With the latest release we retired the legacy skin so it’s needed to switch to Neve 3.0 and with the latest release it’s done automatically.

Please try to manually migrate to the new skin as my colleague suggested above and check if the issue persists after that. If the issue still occurs, please provide us the URL to a staging site where the issue can be seen.

I just found out that in teh mobile version, the menu does not work at all. You click the burger menu and a white space appears, and you can click nowhere. The menu disappeared. I can’t solve it, I am really lost…

I think I should somehow inform the button which menu to call, but I can only play with style and add no information at all that the burger menu must call for which menu… can someone help me with that please?

Now in the Product page I don’t see the big one and the small ones, just all big one after the other, with numbers next to them as they were a list and the ones which should be small are blurry… did it ever happen to anyone?

Sorry, I think this last issues were connected to Lite Speed plugin.

As you can see, the last issues I reported were not about Neve and I solved them, but the original one still stands.

It would be very nice to get an answer regarding how the team is managing this issue before closing it, as I am not the only one, or how to solve it, if it is possible to solve it.

Hi @kotlikes!

We can’t replicate this issue on our test instance. It occurs only on some edge cases, as it is in your case, depending on the configuration of the environment and it is not a general issue with the theme. We could check the behaviour on your site and try to suggest some CSS to fix the design problems, but that is not possible at the moment since the theme is rolled back on your site. You could try to install the plugin described in this document to restore the main style of the legacy skin and check if it helps.
