Never-ending upgrade
-
So I run a few WordPress-based sites. Upgrades always run without a hitch. After upgrading to 3.7 it’s as if it doesn’t take. Upgrade goes fine, it says it’s 3.7.x and the sites run fine – but after a day or so again it says “upgrade available” and insists you update it now.
Yellow banner at the top goes away when you go into Dashboard – updates, since I’m already running the latest version. No updates available but I can reupgrade until the cows come home if I feel like it.
Then a day or so again, yellow banner at top insisting upgrade is available is back. Cycle, rinse, repeat. It all works fine anyways but it is annoying. It’s a bug right? I noticed this a long time ago with some previous versions but it went away on it’s own volition.
Is there a fix for this?
