Never get logins from WP

  • greetings
    strange things happend after i tried to install WP on my own server.
    i put all the files in the root directory and start with the installation of WP. i choose a blog title and enterd my e-mail adress, everthing was fine. at step 2 i get the message that WP is already installed. and there the installation process stops. i never get logins from WP. now the blog is online but i can’t login and post or change anything.
    is there somebody who knows an answer on this issue ?
