• We signed up for the business version for $19,99 per month and were promised 50% discount the first month. We never got the discount. The business version includes 50000 words, but we never got the promised free 5000 words (total 55000 words) Inquiries about this were sent to ConveyThis support center. We got an automatic greeting response but they never answered the questions about the matters above. The translations works well but this solution is a black hole and will cost a fortune for a small E-Commerce. We really would like to like this solution but it is too costly and lack of support.

    Hi Eva,
The 50% discount is NOT automatically applied! In order to apply it, you need to enter it on the page where you selecting the plans! It is at the bottom of the page, and maybe that’s why you missed it. It is NOT our fault that you couldn’t figure it out and didn’t ask us. The support is available 24/7 via chat and email. I personally check emails on the weekends and nights from my personal account and reply to users whenever I can. It is so appaling to receive feedback like that. It is so sad that users are more likely to provide trash feedback and use this board as a means of black mail. Not appreciated. At all.
We you run an ecommerce business, you take the calculated risks. Everything costs money. If you want to sell more, you need to pay. You pay for domain registration, web hosting, dns caching, plugins that enhance website functionality. You run the business. It brings revenue and you calculate the profits. If you can’t spare an extra $20/month to pay for a quality language plugin that would potentially bring you 50% more extra business, then I feel sorry about you. I am deeply upset working with users like you.
And when did you get an offer to receive additional 5000 machine translation words? This seems totally made up.

Hi Alex! Thank you for your reply and feed back and insinuations that I couldn′t figure it out in what field to put the coupon code I did contact your support but it took some days to get the reply as arrogant as above. You could just have answered ‘No problem – We sort this out’. As I mentioned, also above, the translation function that you have works very well and for a big business with a big wallet it is a really great solution. For a smaller E-commerce, based on a lot of content you really need to calculate the amount of words and be careful how much you publish. Like you we also run an ecommerce business and take calculated risks. I never make things up. To me logic is everything. To be clear; ConveyThis as a translation function works really well and is easy to use.
