• Hi!

I’m using the plugin in many sites, super happy with it! Thanks so much for the excellent work.

In one of the site, since 2 days ago, I’m having this issue:

I get an email from merchant center with a drop of products (100% of them). This alert matches the time of fetching the feed. I go to the plugin and click on the url to see, and there is no products on the feed. A few hours later, suddenly, and without doing nothing, products are live again on the xml.

We haven’t made any change on the cron, and have made sure that there is no filter excluding the products.

Php seems to be ok, not sure about the memory limit which is setup to 512mb.

Any help would be appreciated as all of my shopping campaigns aren’t running any more.

    Hi,

Thanks for sharing these URL’s. I just checked and your feed is not empty, it contains 186 products so I suspect the error in your merchant center is gone too?

According to your debug.log the feed indeed has been empty a couple of times on march 14th and 15th. According to the debug.log you recently made changes to the rules and filters so are you sure you did not make a change there that caused the feed to be empty?

    Hi!

Thanks so much for the reply!

I’ve changed the merchant configuration about the feed everyday to every week. Just until I have all figure it out.

Yes, I did a filter and forgot to delete it, and the filter had all the fields blank and the last one exclude. When I saw it next day I thought that might be the issue, but one day later the error persist.

I thought also that the error could have come from cron as there is a new plugin that’s consuming a lot.

So do you think the filter could have been the error? And more important, do you think it’s working properly now?
