Never received confirmation email after purchasing pro version

This is starting to be very frustrating to have zéro support.
I hope that Steve is fine.
I bought the plugin last friday 24/11/2023 and we are the 29/11/2023
No reply by mail when submiting a request on the form.
No reply on this forum and no reply either on slack ??

Sorry, I am not allowed to offer Pro support here. But to explain, there was a cascading set of issues.

Firstly, the automated emails didn’t go, I am still trying to figure out why. I did notice it this morning and triggered them all manually, so you should have received them by now.

On top of that, I haven’t been receiving the usual notification emails about someone posting here. Not sure why that is, more investigation needed.

I am having the same problem. I purchased the pro version of this plugin several days ago (11/29 – order #5134) and have not received my license keys, nor has Steve responded to the various emails I have sent him via his support page.

I am working under a deadline and I urgently need the pro version features enabled.
