Never update periodically

I tried all setengs of “Update Frequency” for a year now and it never updates automatically. I have to login and push “Update”. I am lost regarding what the problem is. Other plugins updates fine, but this one never. Can you please give me a hint. Site is https://www.malmoplus.se (www.skaneplus.se/hem_m).

Looks correct to me and time counts, but doesn’t sync events ??
