I’m sorry to hear you ran into an issue with our plugin. It is true that on some hosts our caching conflicts with their server caching. We usually are able to resolve this with the host but sometimes it’s simply not possible to resolve the issue. In that case we always refund the customers.
We had a very busy month and are therefore behind in handling refunds but I can assure you, you will get your refund as we confirmed to you in your email.
