Regarding the unanswered support tickets, I can confirm that we have been sending replies to all your queries. It seems there might be an email delivery issue causing our responses not to reach you, which we deeply regret. We’ll continue to investigate this problem from our end.
Given the circumstances, I have processed a full refund for your premium subscription and sent an email confirmation. While this doesn’t fix the situation, we hope it shows our commitment to rectifying the issues you’ve faced.
