    I downloaded this for the free version, then upgraded and had to go up two levels.

    Still didn’t work. Tried it with several other sites. NEVER WORKED.

    The ONLY TIME IT DID WAS WHEN I APPEALED TO THEIR FACEBOOK PERSON AFTER I GOT NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT ABOUT MY ISSUES.

    I see a lot of people do use it and good for them. For my money, no thanks.

    OH…they also continue to charge my card after cancellation.

    It looks like you have more than one ManageWP account and that is the reason why your card is still being charged – one of these accounts still has the active subscription (please take a look at the support ticket, there is a more detailed explanation, as I won’t mention here mail addresses connected to these accounts).
