• I work as a digital media manager at a music label and normally creates all their webpages in WordPress. The new functionalities seems quite cool, but can I change graphics, themes and plugins on each blog so they don’t all look the same?

    Thanks ??

  • Yes you can. You can install different themes, and per blog you can control which themes can be selected. So users can administer their own blog, the admin can install a lot of themes, but users can only select those that the admin chose for them.

For plugins, this works a bit different. Plugins that are installed in the normal way are available to all blogs, and the user can choose which to enable. There are also side-wide plugins (mu-plugins) that are always enabled, and the user does not see these plugins, cannot control them, and cannot disable them, only the admin can.

you’re basically running your own small version of wordpress.com. ??
