New account customer e-mail

    Hello,

    The new customer account e-mail isn’t showing the link to set a new password. Even if the password has not been set during the sign in process.

    Any help or setting I should have a look ? I’m working with the by default woo commerce email template.

    Hi,

    I understand that you’re having an issue with the new customer account email not showing the link to set a new password. This seems like a cause of a plugin.

    Do you use WP HTML Mail, a membership plugin, or any sort of account management plugin?

    I highly suggest performing a conflict test by switching to a default WordPress theme, and then deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue is gone, if yes, that means a theme or a plugin is contributing to the issue. Re-enable each to see which one causes it. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.
