New Account or Reset Password email not receiving

Hello,
When a user is trying to create a profile on our website or has requested to reset their password, they are not receiving the email from wordpress to do so. I believe the email is coming from [email protected]; which go.aruzegaming.com is our current website URL. However, I wanted to see if there is a way to change the email address to our company email address so the email doesn’t get blocked from the requested users inbox? I believe right now the emails are going into their spam/junk folder and if it is not in there, the email itself is being blocked from their entire email system.
When I created my username password to be able to write in this forum, the email from www.ads-software.com went into my clutter folder in outlook. So I assume this is the issue with other users, it isn’t going into their inbox.
Can someone please assist?
