New Addon – User submitted locations

Hello,
I have created a addon for store locator that allows users to submit their own locations to store locator from the front-end. At the moment all locations need to be approved by the admin where they get submitted.

User-submitted Locations

Allows image upload
Admin Approved location
Automatically geocodes
