New affiliates cannot see creatives and other tabs

    Dear affiliates manager team

    Thank you for this great plugin! I have a quick question. On my end everything work the way it should but I noticed that new affiliates, since recently once approved, cannot see the affiliate dashboard with all the tab as they reported.

    It seems like they still need to agree to ToS but I cannot find where these are

    My oldest affiliates have had accounts working as expected, it only seem to be for the latest ones

    All of these pages are already published I just always get the same question from my affiliates asking where to accept ToS? Is that sent by email upon validation of their application? From what I recall it is in 3 steps:

    1) Affiliate applies
    2) Admin approves application
    3) Affiliate agrees to ToS

    Tell me if I am wrong. It is hard to reproduce the issue that they are facing on my end as it works the way it should, so those saying they cannot see the dashboard part I assume that it is because they haven’t accepted the ToS yet i guess?

    Hi, the following documentation affiliate-registration-and-login provides an explanation of the registration process of our plugin.

    It is hard to reproduce the issue that they are facing on my end as it works the way it should, so those saying they cannot see the dashboard part I assume that it is because they haven’t accepted the ToS yet i guess?

    Yes, that could be the reason why they don’t see the dashboard. Also make sure to ask them, if they are logging in via WordPress or via the Affiliate login form.
