NEW App Salon Booking Error username and password.

I have found the problem, (in Android) when I’m going to put the name website or the user to copy it leaves me a blank space, it is better to write it and not copy it directly from the spell checker. see space left by the cursor in the example.

You can delete the entry or leave it in case someone else has this problem.

How long after the license activation did it take to be able to logon to the app? The app keeps telling me wrong username or password as well. I’ve typed everything in manually and tried every format for the url but still can’t login. I also checked to see if there was an extra space but nothing.

Try this, enter the website like this: mysiteweb.com and user (make sure there are no spaces at the end of the cursor) … Enter your password. If when doing Login in the lower part it indicates the wrong user or password, Touch back on the key of your phone and the screen will reappear and fill in your data again… I tried to make a more illustrative video

So I gave that a shot and I was able to get into the app now but when I clicked on profile everything was empty. I pressed back again and it went to the login screen and same thing all over again.

I cant log into the app and i typed everything correctly..What gives?

make sure you have the last version of salon booking installed.

Then put your credentials like this:

yourwebsite.com ( no http.. just the domain )
wordpress_username
wordpress_pws

make sure that you have typed the credentials correctly often the mobile spell checker will change what you are writing.

I have version 3.30.9 installed which is the latest version available on code canyon.

Can i install 3.31 from here?
