New avatars?

Is there a way to change the avators to better avatars? Right now Im the webmaster of a local girl group (music) site and my “admin” avatar is this really mean blue monster thing. It’s not very appropriate although I like them personally- they siply don’t work for the site. And then I tried the other 2 options and none are right.

Are there more avatar plugins or something? There’s got to be a solution then just the grey silhouette.
