I have tried all the troubleshooting steps…here is the issue.

I have this plugin installed and I have 1 notification set. The notification is for sending an email to all “subscribers” (there are a little over 4800) when a new blog is posted. I installed the email log and it shows it sending to 11 people. Nothing else after that…

My email was one of the 11 that it sent to and I did get it. What could be causing it to stop after only 11 people have been notified? It should send to 4800+

    Thanks!

    Hi @jenliss33,
    Thanks for your message.

It sounds like it might be an issue with the sending limit on your server.
Presuming you’ve tried installing an SMTP plugin (as per the troubleshooting steps) and it’s still not working, you might have some luck sending the notification to an email address such as [email protected] but BCC’ing the ‘Subscriber’ user role instead. This will send one email but to all of your users BCC’ed in.

I’m not sure what will happen with any global shortcodes in this situation however so you might want to test this first.

Let me know how you get on.

    Thanks,
    Jack
