New Bug: Avatar Image Overlapping User Name & Meta Content in User Profile Page

After the most recent update, the Avatar in the user profile has started to overlap the user’s profile name and meta content at larger screen sizes. Smaller screen sizes do not have the issue. Our theme is a very common theme and also uses Bootstrap 2. It didn’t seem to have this issue before this last update.
