New caching behavior

    I’ve introduced caching via CDN in version > 1.6.3 to prevent high server load and fast data delivery.

    Please update to the newest version to get improved caching behavior
    Earlier plugin-versions will cache every request for 1 day and ignores your stream-update settings. Since version 1.6.4 the caching is optimized specific for every data type.
