New CADtrainer look

  • Hi folks, yet another website I do the design for:

    What do you think of the new Kubrick type theme?

    IE doesn’t show it correctly. I have made it so that the div tags for the header and footer use a background color with !important, plus a background image. However, IE just shows the background image, while Firefox shows both which is the required functionality. Should I just hang IE (which I’m tempted to do), or try to find a workaround?

    Hey, what do you guys think? I’d especially like an answer on the IE issue. Also, does the photo in the header look too blurry at the edges?

    About the IE problem, If you use !important on a rule, IE will ignore it. Should you stick to IE? check if much of your traffic is IE.

    Looks good in FF1.0.2 – got a couple of border areas out of place in IE, otherwise fine. You need to consider how much of your userbase will be on IE before deciding one way or the other about IE tweaks….
