New Category No Showing

My apologies if this answer is out there. I thought I found it (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/118843?replies=2#post-562795) but I still have the problem:

My blog should be showing three categories – Design for print, Sound, and Podcast, but as you can see there is only two of them showing up.

I have tried both adding the category without any posts, then assigning the post to it. I have also tried adding a post and creating a new category from the post editor.

Any guesses on why this is acting this way?
