New Catogory

    Just curious, when I create a new catogory, it does not appear. I see it has been added, but it does not appear when I visit the page. I was told it must have a post to appear. The second question is, I can’t even find out how to make a post to it. I know it must be simple. Any help would be appreciated. The URL is:

    I created a new catogory called Children’s health and fitness articles. No where to be found. Thanks in advance.
