New certificates and assignments are not saved

Hi,
i can’t create new assignments and certificates. It looks like it saves what i do (in the certificate it says that it was added), but then there’s nothing in there, looks like it wouldn’t write those tables in the DB or something.
Is there something i’m doing wrong?

And the enrollment button is not showing too after inserting its shortcode.
