New Comments Not Showing Up

    Dear Alex,

    Great plugin. We have replaced the SEO Facebook Comments plugin with yours.

    However I have noticed that new comments are showing up in the comments section, but not in the WP comments sections. In other words we can’t keep track or moderate new comments if you don’t see them coming in.

    Any hints?

  • You mean you can post comments from WP to FB, but not from FB to WP?

    That’s the issue I’m having, but I’m trying to double check if we’re having the same issue before I post redundantly.

    Well my issue:

    Facebook comments are showing up on my website and on my Facebook moderation app (which has some limitations). For example I can’t delete comments from spammers.

    However these Facebook comments are not showing up in the backoffice native comments section of WordPress. Meaning that I can manage comments directly from my WP installation. Instead I have to do that from within my facebook comemments developer app. Is there are way to merge again ALL comments into WordPress directly?

    Hi there. This plugin doesn’t sync FB and WP comments at all – we keep them separate. SEO FB comments does do this, but we found it both problematic and not something all users wanted.
