    Hi,

    I created a form to send new contacts to my list in CC. I have been getting confirmation emails for each person, but the person is not added to the list.

    I have talked to support at CC and we went through all the typical culprits:

    ?	Bypass Constant Contact cron scheduling: Enabled
    ?	Redirect to URL: Not enabled
    ?	Opt-in Checkbox: Disabled
    ?	No other forms on the page in question (https://frontrange.wildones.org/newsletter-signup/)
    ?	No flagged/suspicious signups
    ?	Any example contacts that should have made it through (Please feel free to use my first test from yesterday ([email protected]) as one of these!)

    Also, the troubleshooting log is enabled in the form, but it does not show up.

    Just submitted one as “Constant Contact Forum Support”, can you check soon to see if that made it all the way through, as well as if the Debug Logs section got populated with any new information.

    Hi,
    Thanks for working on this!

    Your test name did not get added to my list. I did get an email notification that it was submitted.

    I see nothing in the debug log. What has been weird all along, is that (even though I have debug logs activated) there is no listing for “Logs” as a sub-menu under Forms. On some help screens I have seen, Logs is listed as a sub-menu, when it has been activated.

    We don’t keep the “Debug Logs” menu item in place normally, only once the Settings > Support Tab > “Enable logging” checkbox is enabled.

    Would you be willing to reach out for some off-forum support? The fact that nothing is getting logged at all, is curious.
