New countries added are still not available

    I am running WooCommerce version 2.6.8 and just installed this plugin today, and started adding the countries I was missing, using the format indicated. After saving, these new countries are still not available…

    …as I am writing this, I am testing again. I was adding Azores and Madeira, which are part of Portugal. It seems I have been able to add Madeira, but not Azores, and now Portugal is gone, so I am guessing each “country” must have a unique ISO code and that Portugal has been overwritten? Thoughts??

    And one more thing, what continent code should one use for countries in the middle east?

    I think this is resolved, I got it working and remembered my google fu with regards to the second question.
