New created contact form using Contact Form 7 not visible in Dashboard

  • My problem is that I’ve created a new form using the Contact Form 7 plugin. I got the Short code and I’ve created a new page and embedded the Short code as well. The page on my website seems to be working fine (no 404). However, in the plugin settings dashboard, I can’t see the form. Previously, I had 4 forms and this was the 5th one. I can only see the old 4 forms. Any idea where this form might be saved? I need to make a few changes to the form.

    Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme. Aren’t you using multilingualization plugins?
