New Customer on IPHONE is Seen as a BOT

    Hi Gioni,

    Can you help with this please.

    A new customer had to email me to ask why the site was blocking their IP. They were browsing for an hour ok, then as the quick checkout/ ajax was being used at 5:31 is thought it was a Bot and locked out. I am very concerned that this may be losing us visitors. Is there a way to add the checkout form to the safe list,. or is it ajax that needs adding?
