NEW CUSTOMER ORDERS NOT SENDING ANYMORE

    Email notifications of new customer orders have stopped on my end, I do not receive these anymore

    Didn’t make any change on the backend, no updates plugin wise and have no idea what could have possibly triggered it

    Hello @kvnhnf,

    The email designer doesn’t trigger emails, so the problem could be with WooCommerce settings. Does the problem go away if you disable the email designer? Do you continue to get other emails?

    Please follow the steps in Kadence’s troubleshooting article, including clearing your cache and checking for plugin conflicts.
