I was using the new customer analytics sections to check back on my highest value customers (by sorting by total spend) and noted a specific customer was missing from the list. When I searched for them by name they came up but only showed 3 orders, this is wrong, they have at least 10 orders.

I searched for them in the normal order screen and all of their orders are showing so I know they are showing up correctly there. I’ve also checked against their user account and all orders are showing there as well.

How do I update the report to reflect actual orders placed?

  • Hello @muttly,

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with the customer analytics section.

It’s possible that this could be due to a delay in data synchronization. Here’s what you can do:

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear Analytics Cache.
    2. After that, head over to Analytics > Settings > Import Historical Data.

Let us know how this goes.

sorry for the delay in responding, I was away for a few days.

This did eventually work although once I deleted the old info I imported it again and it still wasn’t complete. I’ve ran it about 5 times in total but not deleting the existing data and eventually all the data is there.

Glad to hear it – thanks for letting us know!

If you have any further questions, I recommend creating a new thread.

    Thanks.
