New Dashboard Layout Messed Up

    Hello,

    Love the concept of this plugin, although, out of the box it has the left menu floating OVER the dashboard. So you can’t see the first column or so.

    Not much documentation on this, so I’m not sure where to start troubleshooting.

  • As per my understanding, a theme-oriented conflict was triggered with the Dokan Vendor dashboard plugin on your site. So, it is suggested to try this plugin with the default WordPress theme (such as Twenty Twenty-One) to see if the issue persists. This will help determine if the problem is caused by a conflict between your current theme and the plugin, or if it is caused by something else.

    To switch to a default theme, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Go to the “Appearance” section and click on “Themes”.
    3. Look for the default WordPress theme (such as Twenty Twenty-One) and click on “Activate” to switch to it.
    4. Check to see if the issue is still occurring.

    If the issue is resolved when using the default WordPress theme, it may be caused by a conflict with your current theme. In that case, we suggest reaching out to the theme developer for further assistance.

    Go to your WordPress backend. Click on “Pages” on the left menu. Locate the page you used for your Vendor Dashboard. Click on “Edit” to open it and then locate the widget on the right side of the screen with the caption “Page Attribute“. In the “Page Attribute” widget, click on the “Template” dropdown menu and select “Dokan Vendor Dashboard Template” and then click “Update” to update the page settings. Go back to your Vendor Dashboard page and refresh. This should correct the issue you’re having.

    I am using the Greenmart theme. Left menu not showing properly after installing Dokan Vendor Dashboard.

    today i installed dokan new dashboard

    its showing completely blank no interface nothing when i deactivate the older dashboard work fine

    and since i installed dashboard the new vendors can not buy subscription which i created for them its subscription is showing in both registration form but it dont show any add to cart or buying option just got logged in
