New Domain

Good Evening,

Iw wonder if anyone could help me. I have been blogging on my www.ads-software.com site {www.mummyheartsyou.com} for quite a while. I have purchased a new domain name today{www.sincerelyanna.co.uk} and have set it up on my hosting site. I am a bit confused though and wondered if anyone would shed some light into the matter.

every time I type in the search bar my new domain name it redirects me to my old domain name. I have set the new one up as the primary but it still reverts back. Is this something that takes time to register? Will my blog actually work with my new domain name. I was happy to start from scratch but if I can use my new domain without loosing all my old stuff then that’s a bonus, but I don’t understand why its reverting back to my old domain every time I type in the new one when I type it in the search bar on the internet!

Any help would be much appreciated!
