New domain directing to old domain

I’ve recently switched hosting providers and transferred my WordPress site to the new server. The site is working but my log-in is re-directing to the old domain. New domain is https://www.sourcenutra.ca and the old domain is blog.sourcenutra.ca. When I try to access https://www.sorucenutra.ca/wp-admin it redirects to https://blog.sourcenutra.ca/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.sourcenutra.ca%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1. When I try https://www.sourcenutra.ca/wp-login it gives me a 404.

Any Ideas on how to fix this? Do I need to update all my URLs in my database?
