    WordPress: v6.4.1
    Connections: v10.4.56
    PHP: v8.1.24

Added new entry. I am able to see it from the WordPress “Visit Site” but I cannot see it using any browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome) not logged into WordPress.

    Steps attempted to resolve:
? Wait over 30 minutes for cache update
    ? Clear Cache
    ? Unapprove then Reapprove entry
? Hard refresh (Ctrl-F5) in each browser

Not sure what else I can do to resolve. Suggestions?

    Thanks

The problem was the plugin Jetpack Boost was preventing the update from displaying. Deactivated plugin and all the changes showed up.

If the Boost feature involves page caching … after adding entries, clear the page cache; otherwise, they will show up after the cached self invalidates and is rebuilt.

I know you stated you did those steps, but I wonder if the local browser cache was still displayed instead of fetching the page again. I also read that you did a hard refresh. I have had little success with hard refreshes. I usually resort to opening the dev tools, enabling the disable cache option, and then refreshing with the dev tools open.

I hope this helps; please let me know.

Thank you, Steven, for reponding. I actually used the Purge Cache in the plugin. However, as soon as I deactivated the plugin and reloaded the page, my entry was there. It was immediate. Thank you, also, for the suggestion about the dev tools. I didn’t know it was an option…lol.
