New episode works in some channels, not in others

I’ve been working with multiple podcast channels in my website for multiple podcasts (nowadays it’s a 39 podcasts network). Last night, I tried to publish a new episode for one of them, but when I clicked the “Publish” button, there was no episode attached to the post, just like I haven’t informed media URL.

On one of the several attempts to identify the issue, I tried using the same URL in a different podcast channel, and it worked like it should. Some of my channels showed the episode, others didn’t, and I can’t identify what’s happening.
