New Error, No Changes

    Hi there, We just noticed no messages coming in through the site and checked the error logs to find this:

    The following From address failed: [email protected] : MAIL FROM command failed,[email protected] sender domain does not match SPF records ,587,SMTP server error: MAIL FROM command failed Detail: [email protected] sender domain does not match SPF records SMTP code: 587

    The settings that we have on the backend have worked successfully for years, and now we’re getting and error, but our IT team is saying nothing changed with the email address we have set up. Help resolving this?

    Can you please reach out to your hosting and ask them if something has changed about SPF records? Can you also let us know if the if the domain from From email and SMTP host is the same as the domain from username or not?
