New error when uploading images

  • The NextGen free plugin was working up until last week, when I started to get the error “No permissions to upload images. Try refreshing the page or ensuring that your user account has sufficient roles/privileges.” I’m an admin and run the hosting, so I know I have the correct permissions.

    Previously under the “import folder” section it showed a list of galleries from the site, but now they are gone.

    I have reset read/write access and it hasn’t fixed anything. I have set permissions to Author level.

    I rolled back to version 2.0.77.3, but this hasn’t fixed anything.

    @mandyhallmedia – I would suggest trying the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options to see if that sorts things out with the current release of NextGEN Gallery.
