New Explorer – Critical Error

    I have been using WP Data Access for quite some time. Today I clicked the switch to change the Data Explorer to the new format. This triggered a critical error. I can get back to my admin page, but every time I try to access WP Data Access from the admin menu, I get the critical error notice – so I can not longer access the plugin.

    Hi @roly151,

    Sorry to hear that! What version do you have installed?

    Could you send us the full error log related to the error?

    What you can try is to check if some of your plugins are conflicting with WP Data Access.

    If possible, please try to deactivate each of your plugins one by one and check WP Data Access each time.

    Thanks of the reply. We have version 5.5.16 installed. I’ll work through plugin’s and then come back to you, but we have quite a few so it will take some time.

    Not sure if it’s relevant, but we have a multisite, with the plugin activated on the individual site – not network activated.

    Hi @kimmyx I don’t have the time to go through all our plugin’s, so I downgraded WP Data Access to 5.4.0 and it now works again.
