NEW FEATURE – Allow Default Option to Exclude Pages

I think it should be part of the default Pages options, whether to exclude the page you are creating from wp_list_pages() function. This way you don’t have to resort to editing the default function to exclude every single page.

You should commit this to the next release 2.9 and newer.
