New Feature: Default Image

    When a post does not have a Featured Image specified, my theme shows a default image. As a feature request, please allow specifying a default image to replace the Featured Image when displaying the various Post Blocks.

    An example https://www.edwardbacon.com/blog/ note that this is not using your Post Blocks
