[NEW Feature Suggestion] Sub category and Sub Page Linking

Hello,

Nice plugin. It works perfectly, but if you just add the integration for a category with subcategories and pages with subpages, it would be more perfect.

Example:

If I select one category, all subcategories under that category will be served on this menu. And the same rule applies to subpages.

If you can add an option in the plugin setting to turn on or off this feature, it is best.

Example option in the configuration:

1. Turn on Linking for all categories with subcategories.
2. Turn on Linking for all pages with subpages.
