new features in 4.0

    First off, I love this plugin and I rely on it every day so I’m very grateful for the stability and rich functionality in the free version.

    I’m just curious, is there much overhead to the new time tracking and channel features in 4.0? I have no need for those and they seem like add-on features.

    Hi:

    I don’t think there is much overhead with either one of those especially if you turn them off (You have options to remove them from view under TICKETS->SETTINGS).
