    I have been using this plugin for years with no issues.

    The new design however now takes much longer to post the tracking.

    The original form to add tracking was extremely fast. It would open immediately, we’d add the tracking and update. Super fast.

    This new one takes 3-5 seconds to open after clicking the “Add Tracking Info” button. The “Shipping” check box is always ticked (we don’t use this, so we’re forced to uncheck it), and takes ages to update and close.

    We have to open all orders in multiple tabs and click the “Add Tracking Info” button on each first so we’re not sitting there waiting. We don’t want the order to be automatically set to Shipped, so we have to uncheck the Shipping checkbox here too. (Why is this not configurable?) Then cycle back and add the tracking and click update.

    It takes ages. If you have 20 or more orders … good luck. You spend so much time waiting.

    Why oh why did you change this?

    +1 hope they can resolve this, had to downgrade.

    I appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused. I want to assure you that we are actively working on enhancing the speed of the Add tracking widget. The improved version of the plugin is scheduled for release by the end of next week.

    Hello, I have updated the plugin. But in the new version the Add Tracking Info button is not working when click on the button. That means no option is coming for fill tracking information.
