New fields don’t appear

  • I installed the plugin and created new text fields fields for “Full Name” and “Address”. The comment box looks identical to before installing the update.

    Is this a compatibility issue? Or do I need to do something else to get it to work?

    I am using the most updated wordpress 5.9. My theme is a customized thesis open hook 186.

    Hi,

    is it a post type of different post type (Custom post type)? In free version Custom post types doesn’t work.
