    Hello guys, wish you all have a great day.

    I have a problem to this plugin . I created new fields for my event submission form with this Documentation in website plugin

    but this new fields NOT WORKING . in frontend everything is fine and you can see new fields but in backend and for my admin nothing submitted from new fields and it doesn’t matter what my customers put in new fields ,It is always “No value” in backend .

    I have checked everything and have also enabled access to upload various file types to ensure there are no issues. However, unfortunately, the result remains the same. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me.

    Hello there, Since this is related to ActionUser addon could you kindly send us a ticket via our helpdesk.ashanjay.com?

    We may need to dig deep into how you can set up your code to add the extra field to see why the submitted values are not saving correctly.

    I can’t , I live in iran and in this country we can’t buy plugins from websites and we buy them with A man is my intermediary and he only buy it and not supporting

    I am sorry this is the only way you “can” buy. This is illegal reselling of our software. If you did not buy from myeventon.com, you will not get support for illegal software you purchased elsewhere.

    @fatarrt Commercial software cannot be supported in these forums and it is not ethical to ask the developer to support paid software that was not paid for.

    I am closing this topic. Please do not seek support on this site for that plugin.
