New fields under shipping not passing through to confirmation emails

Great plugin! I needed to add two new fields under the shipping information on checkout for my client. They wanted ship to phone and ship to email added. It adds the fields fine and they show in the backend, however they are not on the order confirmation emails. Does anyone have a suggestion for how to fix this, or why they don’t show there?
