New Flash Header Question

Hello,

I have searched the threads for a suitable answer to my question, but have not found one lending itself to a solution. Here is my issue: Like other posters before me, I am trying to place a flash header on my site. So this was created: https://www.raat.org/flash/raat.swf and I’d like to place it in https://www.raat.org. Can someone please tell me the what and how of this endeavor?
