New Form Builder widget not working

Of course yes, I’ll explain. I have the form builder on some of my pages on my website, I configured everything as I understand how it should be. But when it comes to entering the page and filling out the form as if I were a normal user, (Obviously without being logged into WP) I always get an error… I get the message that the system gives when the form cannot be sent …I already checked the configuration and tried different reception emails and I don’t see the solution.
I send you a screenshot so you can see, I also leave you the link to the page so you can do a test and fill out the form yourself so you can see that the form is not sent correctly.

At first, sorry for the late reply, we had holidays.

To address the issue you’re experiencing, please ensure that the widget settings are configured correctly in edit mode. You can refer to this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/G10NT6i3DKrP If these settings are filled out correctly and the form still doesn’t work, it suggests there may be an issue with sending emails from your website.

To resolve this:

Set up SMTP for your website using a simple free WordPress plugin like WP Mail SMTP.
Additionally, contact your server/hosting provider and ask them to check for the email sending issue. They can either fix it for you or guide you through the process.

Now it works correctly for me.

One more question while we’re at it, when the successful form submission message appears, it disappears very quickly, you don’t even have time to read it… I was checking the widget, but I don’t see a way to increase the screen time of that message. Do you know any way for this?

Hi, That message never hides automatically probably one of your plugin’s JS code causing this.
