    When using a form on the website, the message at the backend is sent twice to the same email-address while the form is only submitted once and only once available in the DB!

    Why is this happening and more important how to solve this?

    Hello There,

    We need further information to check whether this is a site-specific issue or not. From our end, Fluent SMTP is working fine and we didn’t get any reports from our clients that Fluent SMTP is sending multiple emails. To investigate further, would you please mention which email sending service you are using? In addition, please mention if you are using any form plugin to send emails; this could help us to recreate the same issue on our end.

    OK, I use two Fluent SMTP e-mail settings as senders, two different e-mail accounts from the websites own domain. One as default connection, the other as fallback, but the default is working, both are from the default sender.

    Any follow up on this? No extra form plugin besides Fluent SMTP is being used here

    Would you please mention if the duplicate emails are from Fluent CRM or any other plugins?

    I do not have any other email plugin installed, so it must be from Fluent?
